UPDATED: MAR 28, 2013 Draft at Jerry’s. Pale gold with light, fine-bubbled, white head / Elegant, clean nose of oak, cream, resinous, and subtle candied orchard fruit / Medium body, fat from low carbonation, modestly sweet, with good balance and some dryness on the finish / Flavors of candied pear & green apple, dry cheese, straw, and oak / Terrific flavor profile and balance, but think just needs a little more zip to the carbonation. Draft at FoBAB. Awesome first go with this one. Pours a pale water white with fizz on top. Nose is really nice. Fresh apple with some light vanilla and oak spice. I was afraid that the bareln would overshadow this but it works great here. Moderately sweet and apple forward with a nice tannin structure, both from the oak and the apples themselves. Fresh and floral. Superb stuff, can’t wait to hit it again! drewbeerme (3921) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 6, 2012
UPDATED: DEC 11, 2012 Draft at Haymarket. Pours like hazy water. Aroma cheese, wood, green apple. Flavors are tart green apple, dry oak, minerally, white grape, dirt, long tart finish, very clean and crisp. Body is very light. Refreshing. 3.8
Sampled a few more times and next to Red Streak. I found this to be a lot more refined and the oak aging is brillant. very good stuff and easily above Red Streak. tykechandler (343) - Kentucky, USA - APR 27, 2015

Draught @ Öl & Bröd. Lovely barnyard aroma! Crisp and fresh taste with notes of white wine and also some earthiness in the aftertaste.
