COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
RedStreak is a proper English style draft cider. With its hazy lemon hue, scent of ripe apples and just a touch of oak, RedStreak has a crisp, tart finish that pairs perfectly with your favorite mature cheddar. First discovered in Herefordshire in the 1630s, the Redstreak bittersharp apple produced a cider so delicious it was deemed to be fit for kings. Whether paired or on its own, RedStreak Cider is your next drink.

On tap at the Hill Farmstead Harvest Festival VIP event, Vermont. Pours clear, very pale yellow. Lovely cider from start to finish. Moderately dry with fresh apples, light sugar, mild tartness. Moderate funk in there, light acidity. Stupidly clean and fresh. One of the best American ciders Ive had.

Tap sample. Poured hazy pale color with a minimal white head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Moderate aroma of tart apple. Light to medium body with a dry texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy tart apple flavor with a medium to heavy tart finish of moderate duration. My expectations were met.

>> Flat light golden near straw, little to no foam. Nose is green apple Jolly Rancher. Chemical, weak taste: sour green apple, English or American cider in style, cheap sparkling white wine. Mild paper finish. Hmm, pretty meh.
