tap at Dash In - Thsi cider smells of green apples. It’s light and mildly sweet, a definite tart character, and a dry finish. It’s well done and for me was more of a slow drinker than the typical draft cider. beastiefan2k (4033) - HdG (past: NYC, KS, Rain City), Maryland, USA - MAY 26, 2012
UPDATED: MAY 28, 2012 Sampler @ the GI Clyborn location. The color is pale straw. Aroma is drying, slightly acidic, and fruity apples. Well balanced not sweet and very well done for an English style. Flavor is fruit forward than good dryness and mineral apple without the sweet. I really enjoyed this cider. DedicatedToFun (4000) - Santa Monica, California, USA - OCT 23, 2014
Tap, gold pour, white head, nose and taste are both apple, pretty decent cider drewbeerme (3920) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 20, 2012
Draft at goose clybourn, pours very clear with a very pale straw color and no head. Aroma is bursting with fresh apples, touch oaky vanilla, vinho verdi like. Flavors is huge with fresh apples, nice apple crisp zingy tart character, oaky white wine character, earthy finish, long spritzy clean champagne esque finish. A lot like apple vinho verdi. Holy crap this is good. Reynolds314 (3470) - Connecticut, USA - SEP 29, 2012
This is one of the best ciders Ive ever had. Generally not a huge cider guy but the complexity of the flavor is fantastic. The apples are prominant and juicy with notes of citrus, light funk, oak, and a dry finish that makes you really want to keep drinking it. Great cider.

Draft at GI clybourn. Pours an attractive pale gold with a nice mousse on top that fades reasonably quickly. Good flow of bubble. Nose starts with some light sulfur and a distinct fruity quality. Musty cellar and tartness in the nose, then sweetness and an almost savory note. The sulfur fades fast leaving a great floral apple blossom note. Really great. Medium prickly carbonation, light body. A bit more body would be fantastic. Good balance of sweetness and acidity. Great floral quality on taste witha persistent ripe apple character. Medium tartness and great fruit flavor. Pretty fantastic cider here. pantanap (3366) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - APR 21, 2012
Tulip pour at village tap... Crystal clear transparent gold pour, somewhat lively with some bubble action going on. Non-existent head... Aroma of semi-tart red apple meat and skin. Clean, dry, and crisp... Flavors are more of the same semi-tart refreshing red apple, lightly sweet. Not that oaky. To sound like a broken record, crisp clean refreshing and really drinkable. Light on the palate. Dry finish. Capa (3330) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - OCT 22, 2012
Pale yellow with fizzy head. Tart apples, fresh, light wood notes, sweet sugars. Very carbonated. Lightly dry but refreshing. Nice from top to bottom. madvike (3280) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 27, 2014
On tap at Craftsman - Yellow pour with next to no head. Nose is white grape, dry apple, a little leather, and no spicing. Same taste--dry and clean with lots of white grape. Very crisp. Thinnish with ample carbonation. Pawola22 (3262) - Woodridge, Illinois, USA - JUN 10, 2012
On tap at Revolution. Pours a crystal clear, pale yellow colored body with no head. Aroma is crisp and lightly tart apples with a touch of sweetness. A hint of oak and champagne. Flavor is similar. Clean and crisp apples with a light sweetness and tartness. A touch of oak again before this finishes dry and lightly tart with a hint of sweetness. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a clean, crisp, light body and a champagne-ish carbonation. Overall, a really solid cider. Very fresh apples with a light tartness and touch of sweetness. Extremely easy to drink with a pleasant dryness. Pretty impressed.
