Very pale straw color and strong beading with a white fizzy head. Strong tart apple nose. Champagne-esque carbonation...spritzy, sparkling, refreshing. Fresh tart apple flavor, with some hints of fresh pears. Pretty dry finish...not cloying at all, and very refreshing, A very encouraging first product from a welcome "new" local maker. patrick767 (4063) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - AUG 13, 2014
tap at Dash In - Thsi cider smells of green apples. It’s light and mildly sweet, a definite tart character, and a dry finish. It’s well done and for me was more of a slow drinker than the typical draft cider. DrnkMcDermott (3099) - Downers Grove, Illinois, USA - JAN 18, 2013
Draft at State&Lake at the Wit Hotel, downtown. I finally got to bite into a Virtue Cider. And on a hotel bar tap, too. Color is lighter than the lightest beer out there, with a short, fizzy head that’s gone as soon as you blink. Smell is kind of pale, with just a slight tang of apple juice. I found the taste to be rather light, with tart apple in the back of my throat, just a touch of sweetness. It resists your attempts to swig it down, inviting introspection instead. Seems very fully attenuated, although the abv is no more than most beers. BrewBoxer (2636) - New York, New York, USA - JUL 1, 2013
Draft at the growler NYC. Light tan color. Smells and tastes of blueberry but slightly. Very drinkable

Tap at Bierkraft. Pale hazy pour. Golden colour. The nose is bright and appley. Very clean smelling. Dry palate with a light tannic character and a bit of soft tartness. Dry finish with notes malic notes and some nice bright tartness. Lovely.

Draft at Dutch’s. Pours a crystal clear light yellow color with no head. The aroma and flavor have apple cider notes, mild vinegar, tart apples, hints of a dry vinous character, some earthy notes with mild funk. Interesting, but I’m not completely sold on cider and Perry ticks. brokensail (16449) - Dublin, California, USA - OCT 4, 2014
On tap @ Bagby Beer. Clear gold with a shirt lived white head. A lot of apple skin and smoked, baked apple. Slight citrus zest. Sort of a champagne and yeast note. Flavor is kind of heavy on the mineral and apple skin. Light tart and citric note. Cooked apple. Sort of sweet. DSG (14784) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - MAR 16, 2015
[2/21/15] Draught at Toronado in San Diego. Clear yellow-ish gold. Nice aroma full of juicy apples, a funky hint and a sulphury note. Sourish-bitterish flavor with a sweetish note, rather dry, with apples and an alcoholic hint. Nice. MicroGrog (367) - FT: Stale Polotmavý in Queens, New York, USA - OCT 30, 2012

Bottle shared @ Top Hops.
Pale, clear, ginger ale body. Somewhat active.
Perfumey pear & acidy apple peel on the nose. White wine.
Taste is bittersweet. Leafy/herbal. Soda fizz that dies pretty quickly. Touch of dessert apple sweetness. Somewhat yeasty. Small bit of tartness. Mellow acidity. Noticeable sulfites. Calcium/minerally dryness.
A bit too herbal for me. I don’t really get that old wood or hard water taste I associate with English ciders either. Pretty decent though. As long as the price tag is kept in check I will seek these ciders out.
17 nov 2012, tap. Very pale yellow, clear, no bubbles. Nose is faintly sweet, primarily tart apple cider. Thin body, dry and a bit fizzy. Really, really dry and really, really tart cider. Maybe faintly oaky.
