Bottle at WTF 3. Pours a cloudy yellow with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is rubber, oak, citrus. Thin body, apple, oak, nice tartness, very good. Palme (4812) - Bergen, NORWAY - JUL 5, 2016
On tap @ Proletariat. A blurry paleish looking one with a quickly sidesticking bright white head. Smells really good. Lots of dryness in the nose. Wood, dust, small yellow sourish apples. Like it. Yeah, tastes lovely. It has a really tasty acidity this! Also some sweetness for balance, but it’s definitely on the acidic sour path this cider. Good small prickling bubbles in a near oily texture. Lots of nice apply acidic flavors in this. Cork and musk. Super dry finish. Nice and really refreshing. 19.06.2015 BVery (10711) - Plymouth, Minnesota, USA - SEP 15, 2015
Tap at Town Hall. Clear very pale yellow pour. Aroma is tart apple and plenty of funk. Taste is similar. Slightly syrupy palate. Interesting. bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - MAY 14, 2015

Pale gold with a ring of white bubbles. Tart lemon, acidic, funk, and basement. Smooth palate, lemon, funk, fresh green apples, and horseblanket. koleminer20 (3798) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - NOV 20, 2014
From notes. Finally getting around to adding beers from the Detroit Zoo Brew! Enjoyed on September 26. I think this was the least favorite of the entire trip. The pour is a light gold with a thin white head and no lace. The aroma is apple vinegar. There is a lot of acidity. Then a strange alcohol that reminds me of nail polish remover. The flavor is much of the same. It’s really sour, with a strong alcohol presence and a good amount of funk. This is not at all what I was expecting for a cider. The mouth feel is thin and light like a juice, and the aftertaste is lingeringly sour with an alcohol burn Steve_0 (3745) - Denver, Colorado, USA - OCT 9, 2014
From bottle at What the Funk?!? - GABF 2014. Pour is very clear, with a light golden tint and small head that quickly dissipated. Super funky, band-aid - almost medicinal - grassy, biscuity, and green pears in the aroma. Taste is acetic - some lemon and biscuit notes - but really just a heavy acetic and vinegary taste. Light body with high carbonation. Not very good. hivemind (918) - New York, New York, USA - SEP 27, 2014
Draft @ Cambridge, PJ and Jay, 9/27/14. White-yellow, hazy, mostly opaque. Nice mildly tart and peppery aroma. Taste is similar, crisp and tart, some herbal/pepper notes, very nice.
