Avec "vraie bire flamande", jattendais plus de caractre. Belle mousse persistante, qui tient au verre. Bulles fines. Pas dsagrable, ni extraordinaire.

Clear golden with nice big white head. Yeast, straw, some stone fruits, cloves, dry bread. Medium sweet with nice tart touch and dry bitter finish. Medium bodied. Pretty nice quite dry blond, very drinkable.

33cl bottle from t Drankenhuys. Pale yellow/orange with a small white head. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Sweet with bitter herbal tones. Yeast, herbs, flower, citrus and some grapefruit. A decent tasty Belgian brew.

33cl bottle Appearance: Hazy Golden blond with a huge white head, good retention nice lacing. Aroma: A bit to thin, but it has some malts, grassy and a bit citrus and white bread. Taste: malts, light sweet, very Belgian yeast and a bit of coriander giving a light spicey tough, then some light citrus hops before it ends with some sweeter notes. No real bitterness very easy drinkable. Low carbonation,medium body Not special, but a very refined and Friendly Belgian Blond.

Golden blond with white head. Nose: malts, grassy but also bit citrus, fruity touch. Taste: typical belgian yeast, malty, herbal, some slight hop bitterness, but ends with a gentle sweet finish. Nice blond.

33cl bottle at home. APPEARANCE: light clouded blond beer, nice stable white head. NOSE: little anise, fruity, grains, somewhat hoppy, some herbs, faint coriander. TASTE: coriander, herbs, fruity, somewhat hoppy, decent. But Viven can do better!
