33cl bottle pours copper with thick gold hued edges and tall tan head with some clumpy sheet lacing. The aroma offers up a slightly odd mix of citrus, cherry, spicy hops and pine. Interesting. The taste begins with a mix of pine hops and malt sweetened citrus that creates a citrus orange like hard candy sensations. To midway it gets modestly more bitter with pine and citrus and near grapefruit like hops as the sweet malts fade away. It lingers into the finish with modest citrus and pine hoppiness. Pretty decent hoppy brew. A fresh pint straight from the tap would be fun to try.

Bottle Viven imperial IPA. Hazy dark golden with a bubbly off-white head. Fruity hops, apricot, malt aroma. Rotten orange and apricot taste, fruity hops. Moderate hoppy ending in a dry finish. Good.

Lovely orange colour, with off white beige colour. Lovely hoppy biscuit aromas. Very smooth and drinkable, not too much bitterness.

Bottled. @Tilt, Utrecht. The aroma has citrus, grapefruit, toffee, bit flowers. Bit hazy, orange coloured beer with a medium sized white head. The taste is moderate bitter with citrus, hint of earthy yeast and some caramel malt sweetness. Medium bodied beer. Good.

Aroma is biscuit malts, spices and pine/citrus. The flavor is citrus/fruit, malts, slightly dirty in the middle, grapefruit and a spicy/warming alcohol finish.

ABUSEDGOAT (2729) - California, USA - MAR 25, 2017
Cloudy amber color with a white head that lasts. Aroma is floral with spicy hops and citrus, yeast. Medium bodied, moderate bitterness, chewy malts. Not bad but far from what I think is a great IPA.

Pours clear dark orange with a big, frothy, lasting, off-white head. The aroma contains hops, flowers, citrus, pine, pepper and spices. It tastes light citrusy sweet and medium to heavy bitter. The finish is long, dry, bitter and very spicy. Slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Well brewed.

DijkBier (371) - AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS - MAR 5, 2017
Bottle in café n Utrecht. Pours dark amber with offwhite head; good retention. Aroma is hoppy, floral and fruity. Taste quite bitter and lightly sweet. This is nice, but also exactly what one might expect with an imperial IPA, no surprises or more character.
