3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
33cl bottle pours copper with thick gold hued edges and tall tan head with some clumpy sheet lacing. The aroma offers up a slightly odd mix of citrus, cherry, spicy hops and pine. Interesting. The taste begins with a mix of pine hops and malt sweetened citrus that creates a citrus orange like hard candy sensations. To midway it gets modestly more bitter with pine and citrus and near grapefruit like hops as the sweet malts fade away. It lingers into the finish with modest citrus and pine hoppiness. Pretty decent hoppy brew. A fresh pint straight from the tap would be fun to try.

Caramel. Candy sugar. A hint of earth. A hint of yeast. Murky dark orange amber with a bunch of big chunks floating around in it. Thick dense foamy off white to light tan head. Settles down to about a quarter inch and stays forever. Lots of lacing. Sweet. Earthy. Caramel. Yeast. Grass. Smooth with an earthy bitter finish. Crisp. A lot of Abbey Ale with British IPA character.

UPDATED: NOV 13, 2017 I sense tropical fruit, peach and yeast in the aroma. It's color is copper and has quite some head. The taste has that Hop-bitterness, yeast and light to medium sweet-fruitiness (peach, mango and maybe some pine). It has a pretty full body and lasts long in a medium bitterness. It does not have the finesse of the real classy beers but it's definately well made and very enjoyable. Jimbo2 (554) - DENMARK - OCT 25, 2017
Decent, but overrated. Old school heavy, sweety malt base, caramel, classic bittering hops. hallinghansen (3421) - Odense SV, DENMARK - OCT 14, 2017
Bottle. Hazy amber body with a small white head. Hops, caramel, veggies, grapefruit. Bitter end.

Sampled from a bottle. Amber colour with an off-white foaming head. Aromas of pine and grapefruit. This is an intensely hoppy beer with flavours of grapefruit, pine resin and grass. Good balance, but the hop flavour is so immediately noticeable that one tends not to notice the well-modulated caramel flavours of the malt. A very enjoyable Imperial IPA. Highly drinkable. teddybeer (4120) - Madrid, SPAIN - SEP 29, 2017
Orangish color, white head with good retention, some lacing. Aroma has notes of orange zest with a good presence of resin hops. Flavor with a decent bitterness, very fruity maninly dominated by orange peel and grapefruit. Bittery finalwith some caramelish and peachy mouthfeel. orbit (230) - Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - SEP 14, 2017
Nice IPA, but not very imperial, more a regular IPA actually. It's too crude and with not enough finesse to qualify amongst the premier league of IPAs faroeviking (11220) - Chupando chellas es como ellas, FAROE ISLANDS - SEP 8, 2017

From cervezasespeciales. In Teku glass. Playing A Foretold Affair. Very pleasant floral notes, with caramel. Abv well hidden. Nice feel. Its only downside is the lots of foam it generates
