Murky brown with no head. Aromas of bready and vinous fruit. Flavour is sweet with dried fruits. Light dryness in the finish balances the sweetness a little.

fkoolen (1081) - Maastricht, NETHERLANDS - APR 12, 2016
UPDATED: APR 17, 2016 Bottle at home. Very dark brown/red, no head. Rich nose with dried fruits like raisins and figs, porto notes, spices: taste is quite sweet and dried fruity, porto too, marzipan, some cinnamon, clove, distant oaky and vanilla, alcohol is present but well balanced. Lingering sweet finish. Big body, thick and sticky, soft mouthfeel, no-low carbonation. Very pleasant, maybe just a bit too sweet to be an absolute banger.
