Slightly hazy rust color with tan head. Aroma has tart fruits like raspberries and cherries with a hint of balsamic vinegar. Wodniste i mało intensywne w odczuciu. Wysycenie dość wysokie, drobne, musujące w ustach...
Sumarycznie całkiem ciekawe piwo, gdyby jednak miało więcej ciała, treściwości byłoby dużo lepiej, a tak wszystkie te ciekawe posmaki się rozmywają...

Typical Belgian yeast, quite sticky and roast with caramel sweetness and some wood. Its okay, but perhaps not the right moment (warm, busy) to drink... (33cl bottle from Etre Gourmet)

UPDATED: JUL 4, 2016 Bottle at home. Nice dark reddish brown, hazy, creamy beige head. Roasted malty caramel, dried fruits, brown sugar, nuts, honey, light vanilla, slightly acidic. Well balanced, maybe a bit on the sweet side. Creamy, soft mouthfeel from the barrel aging, good body, low carbonation.
