Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy gold amber colour lasting white head. Well it is a tripel. The sweet candied fruit of a tripel. Sweetish candied fruit aroma. Some good hop on the finish to be honest. Some pepper hop. I thought pretty good. I liked it..

Smell of yeast, straw. Like saison. Cloudy yellow colour, high white head. Aroma of yeast, some straw, raisins, alcohol, overripe fruit in finish. Too yeasty. Lively carbon. Sweet.

Cool one. Drank this one on tap @La Fine Mousse, Paris. Not the most original beer ever, but a definitely pleasant one. A good Tripel with a delicate and smooth taste, somewhat creamy. Not much head, the aroma is a bit fruity, refreshing, alcohol level is decent and doesn’t overload the taste in mouth, well done. Very nice. APPROVED BY TAVERNY’S BLACK METAL CREW!

Bottle @cgarvieuk. Speedway tasting (Dec 2015) [Rating Backlog] Pours golden, slightly cloudy with a thin white head. Nose is pepper, fruity, caramel, sugar. Taste is along the same lines, slightly too sweet for me.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Light haze on this deep gold beer, thin pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, feeling a little viscous, touch of malt cream. Light and sweet banana esters blend well with sweetish floralness. Light spice. Light finish. Comes together well. Triple’s are tricky old beast but this one is smooth and drinkable.

Bottle at Craigs. Pours hazy pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of sugar, caramel, light floral hops. Taste is similar. Sweet finish.
