UPDATED: MAY 15, 2016 Pours a cloudy reddish brown in color with little to no head. There is a pleasant sour cherry aroma. The flavor of the cherries is only slightly sour and tart then disappears quickly not lingering long enough on the palate. I was also disappointed in this. It is basically the Gran Met soaked in sour cherries but it really isn’t tart enough. It tastes more semi sweet than sour. Had again @ the Beers of the Burgh Fest on 14 May 2016. Much better this time. Nice tart and tangy with a somewhat belgian spice flavor.

Big cherry notes off the top. Nice off red color. Really a good lambic that just has a great balance of sweet to tart and alcohol. This will be a Thanksgiving staple beer for me.

Golden amber pour with a quick dissipating head. Light fruit aromas with a touch of yeast. Flavor is light malt with hints of fruit, kinda thin.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with minimal white head. The aroma is artificial cherry. The taste is cherry, booze, funk, not good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz. bottle bought from house of 1000 beers, appearance is straw colored, aroma reminds me of a wheat beer. Taste is sweet, fruity. I liked the beer, just not sure I could drink more than the 12oz. that I had.

12 oz bottle from the six type sampler case. Overall this was pretty good but a bit overdone on the fruits.

Slight burn that hangs on the roof of your mouth. A pumpkin/nutmeg feel stays around for a while. It's good though ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Carson Street Deli, Pittsburgh. Pours clear golden, little head. Aroma is very fruity, raspberry. Supposedly a tripel, but little classic tripel character I?m seeing. Flavor is raspberry sweetness, artificial cherry, some Belgian fruit character, mild spice notes. Ok. Not great.

(bottle - 12 oz) Copper pour with a very thin head. Lots of fruit and sweet malts in the aroma. Definitely get hints of raspberry and passion fruit. Flavor is sweet, malty and fruity. Lots of caramel and passion fruit with a sticky fruity finish.

First sip smacks you in the face with a bunch of fruity cranberry flavor. There’s a fruity taste all through it, but the balance doesn’t seem quite right.
