This beer was very promising of different. The head poured relatively bright and spritzy at first, which settled into a haze lasting the remainder of the glass. The aroma was very yeast forward. The flavor was primarily sugar dominant, with an increased bitterness that cloyed into the finishing. In the finishing, the briar fruit was definetly more up front than cherry or passion fruit, which might explain the sour dry drop off at the end. Overall a very interesting beer. I wish the conditioning yeast had better attenuation and clung to the bottom of the bottle, but very enjoyable. I would drink it again.

Flavour is composed of medium sweet, boozy fruit cake, light wood, Belgian yeast. Bit of a hot mess. Palate is medium sweet, lowish carbonation. Spicy alcohol bite in the finish.

The aroma is full of raspberries, passionfruit, cherries and candy sugar. The color is copperlike and a little bit reddish because of the berries. The taste is full of raspberries, passionfruit, cherries, candy sugar, yeast and hops. A nice beer!
