22oz bottle. Golden pour with a small sized head. Aromas of spices, lots of spices with some juniper. Tastes of the same with citrus. beerfest5 (1207) - Cloneen, IRELAND - JUN 22, 2012
WAY too carbonated. Spicey like asparagus. too dark for a belgian white, the flavors dont mesh well at all. more vegetable flavor than the traditional orange or coriandor. not great. r464 (2362) - Earth, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 18, 2012
Peppery aroma. Light, crisp, and smooth. Wheat, yeast, citrus zest, and pepper. Very nice. reggiedunlop (3725) - The dub c, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 28, 2012
Pours a hazy pale yellow/honey color with a small white head. Aroma is wheaty with light spice and citrus. Flavor follows suit...not bad at all but boring...not much going on to set it apart from other wits. Mouthfeel is light/medium and lively with a dry spiced finish. FURLYSURIOUS (263) - Orono, Minnesota, USA - MAY 5, 2012
Pours a hazy honey gold with shades of orange. Neat single finger of white head. Beading is slow and steady.
The spices dominate the nose - it’s hard to pin down just one, quite a blend. Heavy coriander, vanilla, citrus peel, gingerbread... smells like there’s something in the oven.
The taste takes a similar direction. I don’t think I’ve ever had a beer so heavily spiced. It doesn’t attempt to disguise anything beneath, it just seems to take the lead role.
Overall, this is a very interesting one. I could even see my girlfriend diggin’ this one. Good stuff.

This one was a bit of a foamer. Nose is an intense and complex blend of various spices and some esters and sweet oranges. Flavor lends an overwhelming amount of peppercorns and various phenolics and light bready malts. Medium bodied and crisp carbonation. The peppercorns dominate this. This starts with a gush of foam, so be aware. The aroma is an interesting blend of juniper, pepper, and citrus. It pours a very hazy orange-amber, with a full white head. The juniper comes through in the flavor and adds an interesting twist to the usual coriander, pepper, and orange. This is a bit thicker in the mouthfeel then I prefer my witbiers. Overall, this is a very solid and interesting white... if you don’t like juniper, I would stay away. Leafs93 (2305) - Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 29, 2011
Pours cloudy gold with white head. Aroma is earthy, pepper, orange and corinder. Taste is sweet and spicey. Light mouthfeel with a smooth mouthfeel. Overall i thought this was solid, the spicyness is t the forefront but not overpowering. bth122 (1604) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 2, 2011
Poured a slightly hazy yellowish orange color. Small head. Big aroma of orange, spices (coriander), pepper. Medium sweetness, light bitter. Light bodied, ave carbonation. Interesting...the pepper is really coming out in this beer. Not bad. Glad i got to try it. RyanMM (416) - Ferndale, Michigan, USA - SEP 20, 2011
Pours cloudy gold with a medium head. Highly active carbonation when disturbed. Nose is light, wheat backed up by the berry and spice aromas. Mouthfeel is smooth, creamy, mild sweetness throughout the sip until the finish where a hint of that pepper comes in. Really nicely made drink and a very enjoyable take on the style.
