100% Citra

A bridge between a Tripel and New World hops, Anna is the favourite recipe of our head brewer Étienne Turcotte, named after his daughter Anna. This beer combines the exotic perfume of its Citra hops with warming hints elegantly dosed. To sip attentively, here is a beer which can score points both as an aperitif and after a meal.

Everything is perfect from this beer. The citra hop is very easy to taste and gives an amasing aroma. Definitely my favorite beer !

Bottled, from Capsules Bière L’Axe du Malt, Québec City. Cloudy deep golden, mid sized head. Rich aroma of tangerine with some marmelade. Dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Heated and peppery with lots of tangerine, some marmelade. Mid bitter finish. An elegant tasty mix of new world and old world, Québec style.

Can at tderoeck’s place, thanks for sharing! Very high carbonation, yeast and some fruity bitterness. Good stuff.
