50cl bottle of Coop Czech lager. Pours golden with steady bubbles and a decent head. The nose has lemon and pale malt. The taste has lemon, then maybe something herbacious followed by more pale malt. The palte is medium bodied ,with a good texture and a clean finish. Overall, this is a very nicely balanced pilsener. flying_pig (1555) - SCOTLAND - AUG 12, 2011
Hoppy, lots of adjuncts like corn and grain with some bread. Very skunky

Golden amber with white, bubbly head & good rention.
Bread & corn, slightly sweet but contains too much grain. There is a mild bitter finish but like the smell it is a skunky one.
Smooth with good drinkability. It is light bodied and a crisp, dry finish.
Slightly below average pale lager with not much going for it other than the price.

fake Vratislav from Staropramen brewery, not from Liberec, pale to golden colour, stable white head, neutrally aroma, light sweetness, lightly bitter, poor taste, medium body, sticky, average carbonation, really bad beer RichardW (1813) - Carlisle, Cumbria, ENGLAND - APR 3, 2010
Bottled. Everything you’d expect from a Czech pils. Sweet aromatic malt and floral hoppiness, with some candy flavour aswell. Slightly bitter in the aftertaste and a good tang to finish. fonefan (48584) - VestJylland, DENMARK - DEC 15, 2009

Clear medium golden yellow orange color with a average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, cabbage water, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

Clear golden coloured, small white head, grainy n/a like nose. Sweet malty, herbal hoppy some vegetables and that’s it. Short bitterish finish. Had many better Czech beers.
Bottle purchased at some potraviny in Telč, shared with ogivlado. Might be 4.0%. Poured a full golden body with a medium sized thick white head. Dry grainy nose, a bit salty. The same thing in the taste, only with a touch of herbal hopiness. Far from interesting or good. harrisoni (18402) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - OCT 6, 2009
UPDATED: OCT 15, 2009 At Chriso’s pre GBBF tasting 09. Yes, my palate was tired, yes it was late, but this was still not a very good lager. 1.5/5 Re-rate as Co op Czech Lager. I like it. Decent pils, not wonderful but does me on the train ride home from Folkestone to Ashford. Refreshing and has sufficient bite on the finish. Fine Christian (13601) - Odense, DENMARK - SEP 12, 2009
Golden with a lasting hite head. Aroma of malt, with cardboard. Sweet cardboard flavour ith a grassy touch MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 11, 2009
