UPDATED: JAN 6, 2012 Dry and crisp on the taste, saaz hops dominate the aroma and the palate, fairly decent czech lager HarryFlashman (469) - Chatham, Kent, ENGLAND - MAR 2, 2007
A very refreshing Czech lager. Piss yellow colour, but sweet, refreshing, slightly hoppy taste. Very nice. Bought from Tesco’s - bottle looked nothing like that adjacent!!! DougShoemaker (3146) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 23, 2005
Quite a hoppy nose, golden, with a nice white head. Very malty in taste, trace of hops. Light bodied, sweet, easy drinking. A Tasty offering.

Bottle, 500ml, 5% ABV. A golden pour with a small head. Aroma of sweet Czech hops, a little spice. Flavour of fresh hops, spice, some underlying citrus. High carbonation. Not bad at all.

Bottle, 500ml. A small but lasting head. An aroma of malt after the initial pour (perhaps some fruit with a little imagination), but after a minute it’s gone. Light golden appearance. A nice hoppy, slightly bitter finish. Moderate carbonation. Not the best lager in the world, but certainly not the worst either.

50cl bottle of Coop Czech lager. Pours golden with steady bubbles and a decent head. The nose has lemon and pale malt. The taste has lemon, then maybe something herbacious followed by more pale malt. The palte is medium bodied ,with a good texture and a clean finish. Overall, this is a very nicely balanced pilsener. Pours with a big white head and usual Bohemian colour. Initially very tasty, full flavour, which gets progressively more watery further into the glass. Some apple, cake and bitterness, with a bit of hops and pepper. Patchy lacing, little fizz. Alright. Sammy (12632) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 9, 2005
Really pale. Good head in pour. Good carbonation. Some fruitiness to get it down.Drying aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel. Nondescript decent and refreshing. This one called Bratislav. omhper (25567) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - MAR 22, 2005

Golden colour, rich airy head. Some saaz hop character. medium bodied with clean mouthfeel and some oily butterscotch. Medium bitterness. A standard Czech lager of fairly good quality. zacgillbanks (5446) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - MAR 3, 2012
Bottle from Tesco in Newcastle. A pale golden lager with a malty, toffee and hoppy bitter flavour with a sweet fruity finish.
