0,33 bottle. amber color, white head, spicy, lavander, tahyme, fruit....... brewtalita (343) - Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC - SEP 14, 2016
Hazy amber, pillowy head. Aroma lavender, thyme, honey. Palate medium, high carbonation. Taste balanced, spicy finish. Pine needles and mediterranean herbs - definitely I can feel Croatia in there. rusos (782) - Stupava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - SEP 3, 2016
Bottle from brewtalita, Many thanks. Slightly hazy golden colour. Stable white head, live bubbles. Aroma is herbs and spices, lavandel, ginger maybe. Taste is quite the same plus quite high bitterness. High carbonation. Very drinkable. Very good beer. Sakakibara (26) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - SEP 3, 2016
330 bottle. Light golden color, lasting white head, little hazy. Fruity sweet aroma with herbs. Light medium body, very high carbonation with spritzy finish. Strong herbs in aftertaste, little bitter. Nice but too carbonated for my taste. heavy (2890) - Split, CROATIA - JUN 2, 2016
Jun. ’15. A 0.33 l bottle at Leopold’s, Split. More than a couple of times later, too, but this note was actually the comparison with the last year’s unrated batch. Pours a hazy golden body with an average head. Aroma is a wonderful IPA blend of typical orange and fruit with herbal spices, especially the lavender and sage. Probably other herbs from Hvar, too. Flavor is lightly bitter, of course herbal, most prominently these spices from Hvar like lavender, sage, winter savory flower, juniper, etc. Malty, wheat chalky and silky smooth base complement its body. Speaking of which, it is medium bodied brew with moderately long bitterish finish. Easily drinkable. A great improvement from the first, far less complex (and heavier if I’m right) version, with much wider variety of herbs. This is exactly what we need in Dalmatia - a unique, recognizable, almost IPA-like light and refreshing brew which took advance of these fine herbs that are obviously not so well known around. I’m out of epithets. Can’t wait for it to appear again!

Bottle courtesy of Marko ADM, hvala Marko. Shared in Rome-Italy with Mortlach. Pours hazy golden color, big white cap. Nose: sage, herbs, thyme, a nice scent of sea spices. Mouth: medium carbonation, herbs blast (quite nice). A bit wheat-like and fairly nice. Mortlach (2490) - Rome, ITALY - MAR 15, 2016
330ml bottle, gift from Marko (thanks guy!). Pours a peach color, a bit unclear, with a big and persistent white foam. Aroma of spices, thyme, sage, wheat, ginger, a bit rough but ok. Flavour is light sweet with a bitter and spiced end. Medium to light body, high carbonation. Interesting. wopiee (121) - Zagreb, CROATIA - JAN 8, 2016
Big head, disappears quickly, no lacing, hazy yellow to golden body. Aroma resembles oregano, thought herbal notes would be more pronounced. Taste herbal, rosemary and thyme maybe, ends dry, but with certain malty feel. Little bit fizzy. I thought it would be more on herbal, syrupy side, considering other reviews and cough syrup comments. Bottle from trade with Cuso and Gurthnar, many thanks! Pours slightly hazy golden colour with a huge good lasting white head. Aroma of herbs, yeast and medicine. Taste of herbs, flowers, medicine, yeast, interesting! Gurthnar (6171) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - DEC 15, 2015
Bottle brought by Marko, thanks! Very resemblant to our local herb liquor Demanovka. In other words - cough syrup. Since I like that, I like this as well. It maintains the same kind of balance and is easy drinking for me. Weird but good.
