Díky jemnější chuti jsme si dovolili přidat přídomek Mild. Originalitu chuti podporují i jedinečné zahraniční chmely a kvasnice. Jsme jedni z mála, kteří se v naší republice dali do výroby tohoto speciálu a jediní, kteří vyrobili pivo s názvem Mild STOUT.
Stupňovitost našeho nového piva má 12,2 % EPM (extrakt původní mladiny) a 4,7 % objemového alkoholu. Tím je docíleno krásné pitelnosti při zachování příjemné plnosti.
Použité suroviny: pitná voda, ječné slady (český, bavorský, karamelový a barvící), pražený ječmen, chmely (Premiant, Golding a Fuggle), neředěno vodou!

MoritzF (9759) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - JUL 31, 2012
(bottle, 35.5cl) Opaque, almost black coloured hue with a beige to brown mid-sized foamy head. Moderately roasty malty and slightly sugary aroma with earthy notes and shy hints of chocolate and liquorice. Slightly roasty bitter flavour, light bodied with a carbonation which is a tad too lively for my liking. Mildly roasted and earthy malt-character with discreetly notes of chocolate, liquorice; dry and slightly roasty bitter finish. Indeed very mild. 12.VI.12

pivnizub (10452) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - JUL 22, 2012
Bottle: Deep amber coloured, presumably clear, big but extremely fluffy tanned head, mild sweetish toasty-molassy nose with a coffeeish touch; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, really light bodied; slightly lingering and drier bitter-toasty finish with a small amount of balancing caramel. Not bad, but too thin....

Bottle. Dark amber beer with a decent beige head. Artificial chocolate aroma, spicy, metal and rather bad. Artificial chocolate, some metal. Realty strange, no thanks.

ElDesmadre (3626) - Mikołów, POLAND - JUN 13, 2012
Bottle. Almost black, frothy head. Aroma rather low on intensivity, roasted malt, dark chocolate, tobacco, some coffee, some apple mousse. Quite dry flavour, this beer is akin in reception to a schwarzbier. Light bitterness, light sweetness. Frankly, the flavour comes through only in the finish, and is an earthy-coffeeish-fruity-tobacco mix. A good beer, solid and very drinkable, though certainly not the creme de la creme.

swooper (1247) - Cambridge and Kladno(Czech Rep.), Cambridgeshire, ENGLAND - JUN 7, 2012
bottle, good roast caramel aroma, black, brown foam, lightly bitter, medium sweetness, not bad taste but should be better. medium body, thin feel, soft carbonation, dont understand the name a bit....from my point of view good Mild.(althought quite strong) but not the best Stout. If they use british malt it could be better. But still big support for this brewery
