Courtesy of ruprecht_007, huge thanx!!!
The beer in the glass is deep black and opaque, with a high, soapy off-white head. It smells restrained malty-sweet, slightly chocolaty and caramelly. Starts with a lot of coffee and chocolate, paired with caramel and subtle roasted bitterness in the background. The middle part shows some milk sugar, paired with coffee and chocolate, subtly understated bitterhoppy. Goes into a dark malty finish with milk sugar, coffee and a delicate bitterness!

UPDATED: SEP 16, 2012 Barva: opravdu černá. Pěna hustá, držící. Vůně: kávová. Chuť husté plné pivo s optimálním řízem a výraznou kávovou chutí s dlouhým chmelovým dozvukem. Výborné černé pivo!

draft at zly casy. cola brown, light brown head. toasted dark malt light roast mild diacetyl nose. peppery and acidic. light body cola sweetness, a bit flabby and unbalanced and could use firmer malt and more toastiness. acidity seems like infection and not sure how \much diacetyl is okay in this or acceptable for tmavy, but this seems too high and unpleasant. very simple malz-bier and cola like with prickly acid.

inbirraveritas (1578) - Budapest, HUNGARY - OCT 19, 2011
Dark brown/ruby pour with a medium sized beige head, which leaves a thin film behind. Sweet, dried fruity smell and aroma with brown sugar, some licorice, caramel and dough, mouthfeel’s slick and slightly thin. It finishes sweet-bitter and fruity escorted by roasted malt and grass. Pleasant, easy drinkable dunkel.
