saturnino (20) - Novara, ITALY - MAY 23, 2015
Tasted in 50 cl bottle. in Italy. A real find, a beer incredibly good for a 4 degrees. A lesson on how to be the first fermentation Pils. In just a few degrees, the flavor, the right intensity of color and a lot of quality. Body and medium carbonation perfect: Yellow color with beautiful foam not too invasive. Thin and delicate aroma that prevail subtle scents and fruity notes. The taste is the real point of this great diforza Pilsner: approach delicately sweet, with malt, slight lemon and fruit. Then the subsequent arrival of the notes in the most bitter form. a set of great harmony and elegenza. An extraordinary plato 10th. After having a drink, it remains only the desire to drink another.

50cl Bottle from houseofbeer.nl. As Chlumecká Desítka 10. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet malts, light leafy, bread, citrus, hops. Flavour is medium-sweet, malty, slick, light bready, firm underlying hoppy grassy bitterness, light citrus notes. Light-bodied, soft carbonation, oily mouthfeel. Really nice, could drink a few more of this.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Dutchdrebus. Clear golden color, medium sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, slightly hay, decently bitter. One of so many, it’s really hard to distinguish between all those pretty similar Czech pilseners. Decent beer, but not one of the top ones imo. What makes the difference? Hard to tell, could even simply be my mood.
