on tap-pours an off white head and gold color. Aroma is citrus/floral, some light/medium malt. Taste is citrus/floral with some bite, some light/medium malt.

A light hazy orange brew with a good frothy head and good carbonation. Light spice and sweet malt aromas. Flavor is bready and bitter. Little spice. Not fruity or floral at all. Sticky muddy finish. OK, but nothing to go out of your way for.

Bought a bomber of this today, nice pour, great foam, I was looking at this to be Wachusett Larryís cousin, and itís not bad, Wachusett is doing some pretty solid IPAs, alot of fruit and front loaded hops, sort of dies on me a little on the finish leaving something to be desired, but all and all very solid, fruity IPA with a heavier texture to it, missing some malt backbone though which I like, but good.

22oz bottle. Pours a light orange color with a big fluffy bright white head that lasts and lasts. Leaves sporadic lacing. Nose is floral and piney hop notes with a light grassy note. Palate is fluffy with light carbonation and a hint of bitterness that is welcomed and not over powering or harsh. A dank note of resin is in the back of the throat. Flavor is crisp hop notes of dank nugs, fruits, peaches, flowers...a nice crisp biscuity malt note as well. Well balanced, fun to drink, looks great.

22oz Bottle purchased at Wakefield Liquors - Wakefield, RI. Bubblegum and lemon aroma, leafy and hoppy. Pours a pale orange-copper with a nice fringe of whitish hops. This is light for an IPA in my opinion and not dipped in enough dank sugary hop juice. Flavors are leafy and minty with more of the herbal, spicy flavors. My impression of New England interpretations of hoppy west coast style is underwhelming. They donít seem to have the same fervor for juicy, piney, tropically flavored hop profiles. Iíve had better IPAs.

Not the bite I look for in an IPA, regardless of what it is called. CA or not, this doesnt stand on my mind for IPA except for the aroma, which is NICE!!! quite floral and fruity with some mild malts that can counterbalance the imposive hops. A steam ride throught the valleys of CA can combine for a marvelous trip down an alomst non IPA road. Enjoy!!

Bomber. Nice try but not quite a California IPA in my opinion. A decent IPA but does not have the big huge hoppiness of my favorite Californians.

Dark golden color. Aroma is of hops, pine, cannabis, and a little citrus. Flavor is pretty much the same. Itís a little more on the dry hopped side and has some tree bark flavor as well (not that Iíve actually had tree bark, but thatís what it seems like). Leaves a hoppy finish.

Pours gold into a shaker. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface and hug rim. Caramel, marshmallow and orange aromas. Crisp with upfront marshmallow chicks turning to butterscotch before the lasting grapefruit finish. Not a hop bomb, but nice...a notch down from a Belgian IPA.
