The aroma is piney and the taste is very hoppy and resiney. Nice crisp flavor and a beautiful deep gold color. Overall a very enjoyable IPA with plenty of hoppiness, but not so much that it couldn’t be a sessionable IPA. faroeviking (11119) - Chupando chellas es como ellas, FAROE ISLANDS - MAR 13, 2007
Bottle. Very tasty IPA indeed. Fruity, dry, good hoppiness, very fresh... tomala ya way! blankboy (7788) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 9, 2007
Bottle. Pours a clear golden-orange with an average size somewhat-lasting white head. Mild citrus hop aroma backed by sweet malt and yeast. Flavour’s also on the mild side with light citrus hops and yeast backed by sweet malt. Light to medium bodied. There’s nothing really wrong with this, it’s easy to drink and it tastes fine but it’s somewhat dull. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - FEB 20, 2007
12oz Bottle. Nothing outstanding to write. Citrus hoppy, orangish in color. Blah blah blah Scubatrip (610) - Annandale, Virginia, USA - FEB 18, 2007
From the bottle, pours a light, opaque orangish color, thin white head. Citrusy aroma, some floral hops in there too. Taste is much the same. Dry aftertaste, with light citrus and floral hops dominating. Not bad, but uninspiring brew.

Bottle (12oz). Slightly hazy amber with a large lasting foamy straw-coloured head. Herbal / tea-like hop aroma, dry and bitter, slightly sweet and citrus yeasty malt - more in the UK vein than the west coast resin-monster style - even a hint of lactic sourness as it warms. Tastes of orange juice, tea, rye and ever so slightly of cedar bark - not an aggressive flavour or linger at all, seems like a somewhat citrusy bitter. Average - and soft - body, dry and decently carbonated, it finishes slowly yet doesn’t start strong so it seems to have no legs at all; deceptive .. and quite pleasing on the tongue. It’s actually quite a nice session drink, these guys make some pretty solid beverages. guzzler67 (1696) - Hanover, Maryland, USA - NOV 6, 2006
Well laced, clear amber appearance with an average size white head. Briar patch aroma, maybe some shortbread, but less citrusy than many IPA’s. Clean, crisp, dry, well carbonated mouthfeel. Taste is earthy, spicy, moderately hopped, with a bitter, lingering finish. Sammy (12610) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 24, 2006
Good bitterness with a casing of malt. Enormous head. Good mouthfeel for an IPA and lots of creamy foam at the beginning and end. Golden orange. CItrus aroma and citrus tangerine taste. Very good fish accompaniment. WISEGUY572 (1377) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 14, 2006
Draft. Rich golden body, small white head, good lacing. Nose of malts and orange and pine. Taste of malts and orange and pine as well ... no real surprise when mouth follows nose. Do I have a buttery finish? Do I have a blueberry attack at the start? A nice enough IPA, though not great. BuckNaked (1230) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - JUL 28, 2006
Pours to a clear light amber with a small white head that quickly receedes to a small ring around the outside of the glass. The aroma is light corn, sweet malts, with some hints of bitter fruity hops in the background. Taste is corn syrup, grains, and light vegitable up front, then the hops come through more midway throught the beer - showing some dry pine, bark, dried grass, and a quick burst of citrus rind, showing plenty of bitterness. Light-medium bodied, medium carbonation, finishes with some mild grassy bitter hops and sweet grains.
