2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Pale yellow pour. Faint papery aroma. Mild malts in the taste. Bitter aftertaste.
I bought this bottle from the drink of the world in Zurich. I drank it yesterday at home with my wife. I could say that it is a decent lager, astonished about some comments or they increase the quality. The color is a pleasant yellow and troubled body, thin and white foam, normal carbonation, a bit sparkling. The taste is malty, fruity, hop, well balanced, a really pleasant sensation through the palate, refreshing and good during these days of owen, good job. yespr (47002) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - SEP 17, 2016

On tap at Hiltl’s in Zurich (Europe’s oldest vegetarian restaurant. Organic and unfiltered according to the menu - definitely unfiltered! A hazy pale amber pour with a tight white head; grainy aroma; light grainy taste, with a trace of citrus in the finish. Pleasant enough, but didn’t stand up to the vege curry. Golden color with some white foam. The smell is lagery and a little malty. The taste is malty and very pleasant for a lager. The aftertaste is solid but not overwhelming. Mariusz (12088) - Baden-Baden, GERMANY - JUL 14, 2013

33 cL swing top bottle, bought in a supermarket. Appearance: Hazy with floating particles! White creamy head. Nice CO2 bubbles. Aroma: Malty, note of maize, not fruity, no hop aroma. All in all a faint aroma. Taste: Malty, light bitterness, grainy, sweetness from Pilsner malt, maize note. Palate: Medium body, lively carbonation, malty aftertaste (medium length) Overall: I am not sure if the maize note is an indicator of DMS in this case. But it seemed to me to be inappropriate. Haziness was not from yeast particles. It seemed like cold trub to me! I would not order a second one of these. Ungstrup (38215) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JAN 6, 2011
Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of hay - a bit damp combined with a light note of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hay, malt, and minerals, leading to a dry and bitter finish.
