Bottle. Pours hazy amber/yellow with a bubbly white head. Light caramel malt aroma, a bit of apple, and spicy/herbal hops. Medium body. Flavor is again, caramel, apple, and spicy/herbal hops. This is actually a pretty good beer. HogTownHarry (7064) - Toronto (Harbourfront), Ontario, CANADA - JUL 21, 2007
Bottle (12oz). Poured very bubbly deep gold with a huge fizz-bubble white head. Dry, acrid aroma, like scorched lemon juice and weeds. The taste is dry, sharp, sour - weedy and bitter. Average body, way too sour and astringent, burningly carbonated - sour aftertaste - I’d say the bottle had gone off, but I’ve had other beers from them and they were less than good. swoopjones (7020) - Buffalo, New York, USA - JUN 1, 2010
Draft @ Wagner Valley. OK pils, straw colored, saaz hops, nothing too great, drinkable but get the IPA instead kramer (6682) - Sunbury, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 16, 2008
12oz bottle, from brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold body with a small fizzy white head that had minimal retention. Crackery maltiness with a fairly minimal hop accent, a little grassy. The flavor is pale doughy and crackery malts with just the slightest bit of bitterness on the back end. Pretty lacking in flavor, with some corn sweetness coming out a little more as it warmed up. Light bodied, a little thin, with fizzy prickly carbonation. Not an especially good effort with this one, this is barely a rung above most BMC products in terms of character. jgb9348 (6433) - Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia, USA - JUL 6, 2009
Clear golden coloured body with a frothy white head. Aroma of metal, light hops and very light malt - perhaps with a bit of citrus. Light-bodied; Sharp pungent taste of malt, funky metal and some citrus, with a bit of a sweetness near the end. Aftertaste shows some floral essences, corn, metal and some light off-flavours. Overall, not such a great offering, and worth trying something else. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Half Time in Poughkeepsie on 11-June-2009, sampled on the Eastern Shore of Virginia on July Fourth, 2009.

Gold pour with almost no head or lace. Aroma is corn like and wet paper. Flavor is sweet corn and light paper. No bitter to speak off. A drinkable beer. Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 19, 2007
Wandered into Wagner Valley by accident, while on a Finger Lakes wine tour with my dad. Lliked the pilsner when I had it at the brewery tasting. Found that it conformed to the parameters of the style: hoppy, crisp, fresh, and quaffable. Dry nose, straw-colored, sudsy head. Good mouthfeel. Ron (4090) - Rochester, New York, USA - OCT 19, 2008
Went to Waltkins Glenn today and stopped At Wagner Brewery to have lunch at the Ginny Lee on way back. The draft looked kind of strange as it had plenty of large bubbles in glass but no real head on top. Some hops in aroma and flavor, but no spices shinning through. Average. zach8270 (4021) - Henrietta, New York, USA - JUN 20, 2007
(bottle - 12 oz) Light golden color with a small white head. Aroma is very light with a fair amount of hops and citrus. Flavor is very sweet and cloying with some sourness and hops laced throughout. Watery finish and a very strange aftertaste. alobar (3879) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 24, 2010
Clear straw yellow color with a soapy white head. Grain aroma. Seemed watered down. Not much flavor-some grain/grass, a touch of bitterness. Not much else.
