BeerCast_Rich (1906) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 12, 2011
[500ml bottle, Beers of Europe, King’s Lynn] Pours a slightly hazy gold, with a decent white head. Really effervescent on the palate. Extremely bitter and sharp – some cardboardy flavours going on. Slightly smoky edge with bitter straw aftertaste. Whether this was from the Egyptian spices or oxidation I couldn’t tell [18082008]

Cask @ Smithfield Hotel, Manchester M4. Pours a clear dark golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty bitter flavor with some hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

ante (3373) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - APR 15, 2009
Bottled at Monks Café, Wallingatan, Stockholm. Pours out in a clear dark golden colour with a rich fluffy white foam. Rather sharp aroma of lemon-zest, green apples and rubber with sweet undertones of dades and heather. Light-bodied with notes of straw, lemon-zest and dough. Rather hoppy and medium-bitter finish of grass, soil and mint.

Cask (gravity) @ Smithfield Hotel, 37 Swan St, Manchester, Greater Manchester England M4 5JZ.
Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - smooth and round, carbonation is flat to soft. [20090124]

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of citrus and light notes of hops. The flavor is skunky malty with notes of dusty hops and the body is thin.

Papsoe (25059) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 27, 2009
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Clear golden with a dense, white head leaving laces. Lightly sweetish, flowery noise. Light body with disgusting accents of burned plastic and rubber. Astringent and bitter finish. 050109

yespr (47048) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - JAN 5, 2009
50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Yeasty, mild fruity hops aroma quite inviting. Plastic, peaty and smoked flavoured on top and behind the mild fruity hops note. Spiced and dry/light smoked finish.

thebeertourist (5189) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 8, 2008
Bottle. Clear golden with a big, rocky white head. Grassy and flowery hop nose. Good bitterness balancing the sweet malts. relatively light-bodied. Drinkable session beer.

Svesse (8731) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - SEP 7, 2008
(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm, 6 Sep 2008) Golden colour with foamy, lasting, white head. Fruity, floral nose with fresh notes of citrus and flowers, hints of yeast and spices. Very fresh aromas. Fruity taste with orange, lemon and floral, spicy hops in the finish. Solid malt foundation. Rather dry. Spicy and fresh. Very nice.

Bottle from kris wines. Aroma is floural and citrus, very hoppy, however a plasticy dusty note off the yeast distors it. Taste basically exactly the same. Id really like to try it on cask, however once again we have an excellent beer which has been bastardised by bottle conditioning.
