Light unclear amber color with a mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel/ moderate hoppy, orange. Sweet/ bitter taste. Though, ultimately I rescind the sediment. imdownthepub (15333) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - SEP 15, 2012
Bottled, 500ml from Beers of Europe, Norfolk. Amber to brown with white head. Simple smooth malty beer, a touch of fruity sweetness, some peach mixed with a hint of almond oil, reasonable palate. Good but not exciting. madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - MAR 10, 2012

Amber colour, not too much head. Aroma is wood, some nutty notes as well as malts and mild resiny notes. Flavour is rather similar in a nice balance. Also some slight earthy and herbal notes.
Bottled at oh6gdx’s birthday bash at chriso’s. Clear amber, small head. Fruity nose with some rubbery smoke. Medium bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Dry and grassy with mild, growing bitterness.

Bottle at Pat’s birthday tasting at chriso’s. Pours clear gold with a fine, white head. Grain, leaves and toasty sugar define this beer. Light in body with fine carbonation. Slightly dry on the finish with some leafy bitterness, grain, and faint caramel. A pretty typical bitter. fonefan (51121) - VestJylland, DENMARK - NOV 5, 2010

Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.

Shared in company of Craig, Stella, Jan, Charlotte, Fritz and Loz 30.10.10 Pours murky brown without much of a head, some nuts (walnut?) and maltiness. A little hoppy sting at the end, soft in the mouth, some citrus. Not a great looker but another fine Wagtail beer. A6 A2 T7 P4 Ov13 3.2 Bullit (4686) - Buffalo, New York, USA - NOV 1, 2010
