Very pale golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma is of orange and faint coriander with a bit of light spice as well. Flavour is well-rounded, starts off with a slightly sweet wheaty backbone, before the palate is taken over by orange citrus and light coriander near the finish. Nice wit-style brew, but is a bit watery. motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - MAY 5, 2004
looked and tasted more like a kristal. some strange but okay lime flavour in there. drinkable enough but a bit thin eczematic (1325) - Adelaide, AUSTRALIA - APR 27, 2004
very clear yellow (strangely they boast about the cloudiness on the label). bready, light, over-clean, wheaty acidity and fruity hops combining surprisingly well in the finish. not bad, drinkable, but kind of watery. for a brewery that cold-conditions all their beers it seems a bit weird they don't make a lager. all their beers are somewhere in between ale and lager, easy drinkin, smooth but forgettable (exactly the way winesnobs like their beers - no coincidence they're brewed at a winery).
