Bottled, thanks marbles!
Golden colour, rich head. Dry, malty and fruity. Fairly hoppy with some toffee and a lightly citric, fairly bitter finish. I’d say this is a dortmunder. hopdog (12537) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 6, 2005
Poured a hazy and medium golden yellow color with a small white head. Aromas of grasses and lemons. Light grapefruit taste. For a lighter beer, this one wasn’t all that bad. GT (10000) - San Diego, California, USA - JUL 5, 2010
Bottle. A nice surprise! Poured a near hazy, glowing yellow with a massive off-white head and big yeast sediment. Massive lace. Apple sauce, orange peel, flowers, tamarind, Belgian yeast, candi sugar in the nose. ???? Taste is boozy, sticky, rich, dry, earthy. Overall sweet, lots of candy with a big Belgian ale characteristic. FROTHINGSLOSH (7796) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 29, 2006
UPDATED: AUG 27, 2007 This beer came to me from my beer club - I have never heard of this brewer before. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a medium golden color with a huge orange-white head. The aroma is fruity sweet malts. The flavor is fruity and peppery with pleasant tangy light malts. The finish is sweet and fruity. A very nice lager. Ernest (7695) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - JAN 13, 2005

I sort of like this, a pleasant, medium-bodied golden lager with a a mildly sweet, toasted malt aroma complemented by a soft, grassy hopping. The taste reflects the nose, finishing on a light, sweet note. Very drinkable... but needs a heavier hand on the hops.BückDich (5464) - McCall, Idaho, USA - DEC 12, 2006

Bottle: Lightly hazy orange, light head and lacing. Nose of sweet cooking starches, like sweet potato or boiled peanuts. The flaovr is caramelly with a bit of bitterness, eh, a bit too odd and sweet, not crisp enough nor drinkable. beerguy101 (5360) - Newark, California, USA - JUL 9, 2004
Light gold color. Medium head. Aroma is grassy, fruity and sweet. A light bodied lager. Malts are fruity and fairly sweet. Hops are slightly spicy, I guess. VERY sweet, nearly cloying in its sweetness. There is a touch of hops at the finish. The rest of the taste is wet cardboard, corn and grain that is masked by its sweetness. Barely drinkable. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is sweet. IrishBoy (4199) - Bakersfield, California, USA - DEC 30, 2005
Pale gold lager with a thin white head. Aroma was yeasty. Hoppy taste with a little bitterness. GeneralGao (3614) - Iowa City, Iowa, USA - MAY 4, 2006
Draught. Clear golden color with thin white head. Subtle biscuity nose. Didn;t notice any hop aroma. Flat cereal grain flavor. Too watery. Crisp, light finish. Slightly sweet. Ehh.
