Fluffy beige head stayed well on a dark reddish brown still body. Great aroma of demerara, burnt caramel & sherry. Medium bodied, tingly on the palate with a soft cloying back. Bitter sweet tastes with white wine, grape, demerara, oak, cherry & wood. Different - enjoying this!

Tap @ Både &, Kristiansand. Unclear brown body with a medium sized tan head. A bit light, but pleasant aroma of dark malt, caramel, hint of chocolate, spices and yeast. Pleasant flavor of sweet dark malt, caramel, dry fruit, toast, rye, toffee, some chocolate and moderate bitterness. Full bodied and fine aftertaste. Pleasant and well crafted.

330ml brown bottle, unfiltered, from BeerWulf. Malty beer with rounded chocolate flavour. Nice balance. Satisfying. Chewy. Some interesting grain notes like cough syrup with a hint of licorice. A nice beer. It doesn't rock my world, but it's a bloody decent enough drink to ponder and enjoy.

Bottle from Secret Santa MonsterMagnet, many thanks! Deep brown with beige head. Loads of nutty caramel, sweet sugar syrup and a bit of chocolate crackers. A bit one-sided but quite tasty.

BakgårdenBåde & 050118. Brown color with a beige head. Aroma is alcohol, sugar, caramel. Flavor is alcohol, sugar, caramel, bread, rye, toffee, chocolate, spices, dried fruit. Full body. Very nice beer.

Fles. Aroma te sterk alcohol (en iets metalig). Dat is enige minpunt. Volle smaak met aanvankelijk zachte afdronk die hard terugslaat. Mooi goudbruin bier. Schuimkraag zakt snel weg. Prima.

Bottle. A brown beer with a small, dense off-white to beige head leaving some lacing. The aroma is malt forward, with bread, rye malt and toffee. Even some chocolate notes. Some fruity notes too. Caramel, toffee, pumpernickel and some chocolate in the flavor, with hints of dried fruits and spices. It's full bodied, with a nice carbonation level, and not too sweetish. Lasting bready, toffee-ish finish. Sure a nice bock, sure on the malty side. 171207
