22 oz. bottle shared by Ferris. He had a boatload (RV load?) of these after stopping by the brewery en route to RBWG, so they were a mainstay in the Fart Dungeon, hotel, and everywhere else throughout the week. It pours a clear deep copper color with a small off-white head that settles into a ring. Notes of peanuts, toasted malts, leaves, sugars, a bit of grass and cardboard. Light-medium bodied, with low carbonation and a toasty, earthy mouthfeel. Its fine, but not a particularly exciting style.

Bomber to taster (shared with the Mrs; thanks Ferris). Looks solid; a mostly transparent chestnut with off-white head. Smells maltyvwithvnotes of grain and toast alongside some mild hops in the background. Tastes like it smells with notes of burnt toffee. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied. Unoffensive, but underwhelming.
