A mixed culture including Brett to have a truly complex tropical aroma and taste. Malt is slightly subdued to really let the hops and fermentation characters shine. This version is done on funk'd up oak. We inoculated oak chips with our house strain of Brett
[Cask at 'Cask Days 2017'] Pours a murky golden-orange with an average size bubbly white head. Decent enough aroma, hoppy and fruity with pale malt in the back and a hint of paper. Slightly mild fruity and hoppy flavour with an average bitter finish. Average bodied. Pretty good.
