Amber with a chill haze. Thin head. Plasticy phenols on the nose, and vague fruitiness. Sticky palate, also phenolic, with some caramel. A bit too sweet to be effective, and while the fruitiness is enjoyable it is a bit understated.

Cor dourada, transparente. Espuma boa e persistente. Alta carbonatação. Aroma de pêra, maçã, pão e cidra. No paladar notas de frutas cítricas e álcool perceptível. Corpo médio. Retrogosto fantástico. Uma cerveja perfeita para ocasiões especiais.

A fine example of the Belgian school, with a floral nose and golden appearance. Excellence in champenoise fermentation method! Beside the Eisenbahn Lust, a masterpiece of this style between the Brazilian breweries.

Bov (13219) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - SEP 19, 2013
from Mondial de la Bière 2013, Mulhouse - cloudy orange beer with a modest head retention; aroma of orange peels and brown sugars; very sweet and chewy; full-bodied, very sweetish finish with notes of raisins, candied fruits and esters - not sure what to make of it

Glouglouburp (6103) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 31, 2013
In short: A boring sweet fruity blonde ale. Meh.
How: From a bottle at Montreal Mondial de la Bière 2013.
The look: Almost clear blonde body topped by a very small white head.
In long: Nose is fruity-sweet, a bit cider-like but with added sweet canned citrus fruits. In mouth the beer beer feels thinner than expected from an 11% brew and the carbonation is less active than other champenoise beers. Taste is sweet and boring. Apple strudel, canned fruits with their sweet juice, commercial sliced white bread, some cheese notes. Alcohol relatively well hidden. Not a very tasty beer, no strange flavors or any other problems, just a very boring sweet blonde ale. But maybe beer styles are like people races, maybe I’m a racist, maybe I hate sweet blond beers because I secretly fear them.

Excellent beer! Best ever drinked. Pale golden color, rich aroma and taste very smooth.

vodo (116) - São Paulo, BRAZIL - APR 27, 2012
It uses the chompenoise method, what makes this beer complex in the aroma. in the mouth it is light, very carbonated. This ber is too expnsive for the experience it provides you.
