Very tasty cider. Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Pours a slight hazy yellow with fast fading white head. Aroma of apple juice. Flavor of spiced apple juice. Mouth feel is light body with high carb onation. Overall, its a tasty cider.

750 from Monument in Concord, CA. Pours orange tinged gold with white bubbles. Aroma of baked apples. Near medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is baked apple skins with astringency. It is very dry. So dry it seems oaky. Very quaffable cider. Somewhat complicated as time moves on.
