Pours golden. Smell is lightly of apple and maybe almost oaky. White wine like smell and taste. Dry, and lightly tart with enough sweetness to balance. Low carbonation. Really reminds me of a nice balanced wine and cider mix. Very nice.

pours with a notable lack of brilliance. not cloudy per se, but far from bright. hmm. the aroma is fairly mundane. no harshness, hints of fruitiness, faint alcohol perfume. very slight citrus - lemon - tartness, occasional mineral notes. nothing "off" but nothing special. some low quinine notes to the bitterness, fairly one-note with a restrained apple skin character, low fruitiness, low sweetness that is uninteresting. would like a floral note, honey, musty, fruity note, something - anything really to make this more interesting. significant astringency but somehow it’s still lacking structure. I think it’s the mineral notes that are getting in the way. wouldn’t turn down a free one but wouldn’t seek this one out again.

Like most ciders it pours clear yellow without head. At least there’s some hue to the color (redlike). Smell like good natural apple without added sweetner. Taste good.

Golden pour no head. Apples, spice, and soda. Off dry finish. Snooze fest for sure.

Pours straw golden with tiny bubbles present. Nose involves green apple skin, dust, earth, and tart citric notes. Lightly sweet, quite a bit tart. Light bodied, fairly active, with a long dry, tart apple skin finish. I enjoyed this quite a bit, nice and refreshing, well put together.

Bottle. Pours a light golden color, no head, decent carbonation. Nose is ’apple-y’, mouth is light and kinda fruity, with a Copenhagen snuff-like back end that wasn’t awful, but it’s not something I normally look for in a beverage. Average cider in most ways.

Bottle from TWM McLean - reviewing from notes - I was disappointed in this one, maybe it had aged for too long, but it just tasted like metallic water. All the applelike qualities have faded from the brew. I’m hoping it was just an old bottle, ciders tend not to age well.

Bottle, courtesy Miss Billingslea. Bright gold pour with a small, quickly fading white head. Aroma of apple, ginger, white grape, earth. Taste is lightly tart, sweet apple/white wine. Palate is bone dry, high carbonation, tart finish. Very light for high abv.

One of the worst things called craft that I may have ever tasted. Metallic nose follows straight through to the mouth- like sucking on a penny.

22oz bottle. Poured a clear golden color with a tiny white head. Aroma was crisp apples, with a touch of alcohol, sweet notes. Flavor was fruity acid, with a apple tartness to it. Pretty enjoyable.
