Very tart, some mineral, lightly sweet crisp and wonderful. Far more in the American craft cider mode than the English or French. Surprising complexity and a long finish off a single type of apple. Best un-blended cider I’ve had. Bought a Wickson tree for the yard after tasting this!
bottle. Golden with small head. Super tart apple flavor with just a bit of funky yeast notes. Very interesting and enjoyable, but it would be hard to drink more than a glass of this. krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - MAY 5, 2016
Tart funk and apples to the smell. Pale gold color clear. Light crisp with mellow funk and lovely apple sour bitter grows till the end. SudsMcDuff (8541) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - APR 10, 2016

Yeah, It pours a pale gold .. medium carb, light airy crispness .. all apple skin, grass, juice, and light yeast. decent cider but Walter.
Hell, I can get you a toe by 3 o’clock this afternoon... with nail polish. These fucking amateurs...
From a 50 cl bottle shared in LA. Pours a crystal clear pale gold. Dank, must aroma. Flavor of crab apple windfalls. Clean finish. Alphadelic (2249) - Portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 20, 2015
Light color, light aroma, intensely sour in flavor. Wood and green apple. Mouth puckering. Packs a punch in the mouth but joy much anywhere else.

On tap at The Beer Mongers. Pours a clear gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is apple skin and pears. Thin mouth, tart apple, oak, light dryness, very good. Ferris (17153) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 20, 2015
Draft - Nice fleshy semi sweet Apple and some light funk. Clear gold. Tart and light sour apple. Nice and refreshing. shrubber85 (11710) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JAN 3, 2015
Bottle. Lightly herbal apple juice and alcohol aroma. Pale yellow color. Mildly sweet herbal apple cider. Light dry finish. Good. Patrickctenchi (6812) - Cox’s Knob, columbus, Indiana, USA - DEC 26, 2014
Pours clear, almost colourless gold with a thin white ring.
Green apple, lemon scent....yeasty....lambic-like
Taste is the same, tart/sour citrus....
Very bright and crisp.
Nice. OldMrCrow (2446) - Seattle, Washington, USA - DEC 24, 2014
Pours very light with essentially no head. Somewhat harsh aroma with some green apple. Cuttingly dry, tart flavor, plenty of lacto. Not a lot of funk or yeast character here. Interesting.
