Appearance of ginger ale. Mild apple aroma. Tastes like apple flavored champagne. Very sweet and gets sweeter at the end.

On tap at Ellyn's Tap & Grill in Glen Ellyn, IL. as a 5 oz. serving, showing a clear, light straw color, with a good deal of rising, effervescent bubbles that didn't produce any head or lacing. The nose was a sweet, slightly ripened scent of apple, with a touch of spice as ginger. Light bodied, with good carbonation, the taste was similar, adding a bit of pear, and decent tartness & tanginess. Finished crisply.

Bottle share with my brother-in-law. Aroma is light apple, white wine. Taste is some apple flavors mixed with a dry white wine and some earthy spice at the end. A little thin.

Crystal clear light straw, no head. Clean and gently fleshy Apple aroma, lightly tart. Big bright flavor that’s gently tart and has a nice clean Apple flavor through it, gently tart but not puckering or green-Apple-y, but not just plain red apple either. Intricately complex for being just a regular cider. Cideries, take note! This is exceptional. Neither dry nor sweet. Perfect balance.

Bottle at Hopscotch. Rich acidic apple character, reminds me of my childhood green apples, quite nice and refreshing, gentle sour edge, ginger notes, fairly dry finish. Quite acidic overall but does work for me, yummy.

Very astringent aroma with a light apple undertone. Pale clear sunshine yellow. Super funk dry almost wine like. Lasting dry after the sip.

Bottle @ home, picked up at Supermarket Foco. Pours a super light, just slightly tinged yellow appearance with no head. The aroma has apple sauce, lightly burnt wood, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Fairly dry but also kind of boozy. Bland red apple flavor with a little bit of spice. Very juicy. Boring but drinkable.

Bottle. Pours very light, clear yellow with white head. Aroma is very apple, yeasty, very fruity. Taste is dry, tart, fresh apples, light, crisp, lots of carbonation. Overall, okay- just needs a bit more flavor.,

A semi dry cider, once agian a cidery throwing ginger in there which in this one is pretty spicy giving it a dryer note.
