Fruity peppery notes. Very drinkable. Spicy finish. Medium bodied. Nice beer.
Sample at Rattle N Hum. The beer pours a hazy golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of wheat, spices and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, spiced wheat and mild grassy hops. The finish is sweet with a lemony and spicy aftertaste. Decent overall. Jow (3924) - New York, USA - OCT 9, 2013

Not a bad beer. It was being offered on tap at Tanglewood Mass as their craft beer. Has a nice lemony taste which bode well with the Tanglewood wine clientele.
The $7 price was high for a solo cup but considering it was Tanglewood...
I would have it again provided the price and conditions were nice.

I think it’s an understatement to call this "subtly spiced." I’d choose the adjective "aggressive" instead. Lemongrass and coriander especially. Too much to make this sessionable. Tried in NYC in 2013.

Bottle in NYC. Pours a slightly hazy, dull yellow with a small, white foam head. Aroma is lovely, all fresh lemongrass and coriander. Medium sweet flavor with tasty, doughy malts, lemon, yeast, dough, some very mild herbal bitterness, touches of lime and orange. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Sweet crisp finish, all doughy malts, lemon grass, mild bitterness, juicy lemon citrus. Easily one of the best witbiers I can remember drinking. j12601 (11933) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUL 15, 2012
On tap at Beer Authority. Pours a faintly hazed gold with a medium to large creamy white head. Lemon and coriander on the nose, some gentle musk. Medium bodied, lemony sweetness, soft musk, wheat, light ginger and almost coriander. Yeast, a touch of sweetness on the finish. Easy drinking, almost shandy like lemon notes. Growler to go directly from the brewery. Pours into a wheat 23oz glass. Pours a pale yellow with medium head that withstands the ride. Aroma of lemongrass, citrus, wheat, grass, and organic lavender. Taste is refreshing citrus, melon, orange, lemon, slight pine, all with a spiced theme that carries on throughout. An excellent session beer and perfect for the season. Draft @ Taproom 307 NYC. Poured a hazy golden color with citrusy, fruity aroma. Great malt/wheat balance, citrus, almost ginger flavor. A super refreshing beer on a hot day that finishes crisp and clean! If you can locate this Wandering Gypsy...hold it down!
