Bottle. Copper pour with tan head. Aroma of light sweet fruit. Flavor is light, and compared to the ipa enjoyable. ChainGangGuy (4894) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - JAN 20, 2013
Appearance: Lightly hazed, and infused with some very fine particulate matter, orange-golden body. Medium-small, near white head.
Smell: Malts hinting of bread and biscuits paired with a pat or two of unsalted butter. Faint sweetish toffee, honey hints. Very minute notes of apple and light herbs.
Taste: Modestly malty with some vague biscuity, bready notes and a sweetness akin to toffee and honey. Then, the Peace Bomber bombardier releases a salvo of buttery diacetyl. Low hop character, bitterness. Dry finish with a taste of butter-brushed biscuit tops.
Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: It needs some work.
