COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The first in a series of seasonal beers, this fruit beer is sure to please. We started first with a light base beer made with only the finest pale ale and wheat malts. Sticking to the conservative side with the hops as we really wanted the fruit to shine we then fermented this beer slightly warmer to insure a complete fermentation and a crisp, dry finish. Lastly, we added REAL raspberry puree for a fresh fruit flavor and a bit of color. Brewed with Pale and Wheat Malts. Hopped with American hops.

651 ml. bottle. Shared with multiple others at brew club. Pours a thin poorly retained white head over a hazy yellow (SRM 3) body....nose is light raspberry, wheat....taste is raspberry, strong clove, slightly sweet throughout....mouth feel light, carbonation low. This is quite spice heavy, with light raspberry, hints of wheat. It did not taste infected, so the clove must have been the raspberry. BJCP 7/2/12/4/5

I didnít care for this at all. The beer has a nice hazy color and a decent raspberry aroma, but tastes like watered down soda.
