Bottle-A very pleasent surprise. A light copper color with a small head. The aroma was malty with a good mix of bread. The taste was a decent mix of upfront malt with a hop finish, neither very strong but just right. Salt and Sweet rest.

harrisoni (17476) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUL 9, 2007
UPDATED: APR 26, 2016 500ml bottle. Gold, thin white head. Refreshing lager, workmanlike, but a good Pelne, got good hop on end, crisp with good lemon flaovurs. 2.9/5 re-rate bottle from Poland from a friend. Some pale malt on aroma, a little syrupy, some lemon. Actually 2.9 is exactly right.

<Beer bought in a polish supermarket, they have a decent beer selection, but the styles are pretty much all the same> Standard golden with a decent white head. Overall pretty smooth and clean. Minimal grassy hob nose, and a pretty good broad bitter flavor makes this a solid pale brew, and a nice thirst quincher.

Angeloregon (2055) - Portland, Oregon, USA - JUL 1, 2007
Bronze colored lager with a healthy looking white head. Head retained nicely. Bready nose with sweet earthy notes. Sweet tangy, crisp flavor. Finished nicely. Pleasant and refreshing beer. Biscuity and scrumptious. Sweetness more prevalent as beer warms up. Very good.

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2007 Bottle... Clear golden lager with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The nose is of vanilla and other rich, creamy, mild spices... think perfect marriage of nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger. Very sweet flavor with lots of vanilla and other rare, rich spices and a very delicate hop presence. Medium-bodied and fizzy. Sweet, vanilla finish.

UPDATED: JUN 8, 2010 Bottle: Poured a gold clear lager in the glass...good cap fair retention Decent nose like prairie sweet grass and bread Good dose of malt in the front, herbal balance from hops clean finish with biscuit after taste... Rich mouth feel medium body on this lager...drinkable and satisfying...one of the best Polish lagers on par with Okocim.

TheGrandMaster (2335) - Auckland, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 13, 2007
UPDATED: MAY 15, 2007 Bottle, a golden amber, very carbonated, with a large pillowy white head. A strong, but clean, grassy hop aroma. Grassy hops in the mouth at first, but then a stronger sweet malt flavour. Not as dry as expected (or as gassy), but a slightly skunkish background to it.

This had a small head. Not much aroma.Color a medium amber.Has that underlining golden beer taste that I dont like. However,it kind of makes up for it with a somewhat sweet caramel. It tastes like the Polish version of our cheap commercial beers, but better. So,I can sum it up saying that this is better than the typical American Cheap commercial beers, but not one that I would buy again.Maybe some teenager would want to get someone to buy it for him.Actually, for the general public this will be a good beer.

robinvboyer (4276) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - APR 9, 2007
its a decent lager, but its got a sweetness to it that really gets more intense near the end, and make it very very hard to drink. Very cold, its drinkable, but as it warms up, it gets increasingly undrinkable.

Nice clean golden lager with some resemblances to an Aussie VB, though smother, cleaner and less oily. In fact, its nothing like a VB at all.
