The Warped Wing 10 Ton Oatmeal Stout is the first oatmeal stout I have ever had. I just move from San Diego to Dayton and was looking for something to drink I was limited at the store by what stouts they had on stock so I picked up the 10 Ton. I am very happy that I did and I am about to have another. I mainly stick to coffee and imperial stouts for all over, but the change is great.
Stouts are what I live for in American Craft Beer. All stouts from around the country.

Keg at the brewpub, 8/11/16. Dark brown, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roasted malts, oatmeal, chocolate cookies. The taste is chocolate, oats, roasted malt. Medium bodied, creamy, well balanced. gregwilsonstl (2578) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - JUL 11, 2016
Dark black. Sweet milky coffee. Fairly thick. Chocolate and vanilla. Delicious sweet stout. I want more.

This has a very nice, subtle sweetness. One of the better oatmeals I’ve had in a while. It helps I’m enjoying it with an oatmeal cookie. Jared_Clifton (127) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 18, 2016
Pours black with thin tan head. Initial slight bitter taste, really enjoy the overall subtle flavors of coffee, chocolate, and caramel, finishes sweet. Homer321 (5143) - Melboring, Florida, USA - DEC 23, 2015
Can from a trade. Nose is silky chocolate with a faint coffee grind and grainy note. Pretty inviting. Taste is initially bitter followed by a creamy dark cocoa flavor that is smooth without being overly sweet. Starts to taste a little acidic after a few sips. Decent. weihenweizen (3998) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - NOV 12, 2015
Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Black with no head. Aroma is toasty, medium body, medium/low carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is toasty, coffee, And some dark malt. jsquire (4538) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - OCT 2, 2015
Dark beer with a thin beige slick for a head. Chocolate, vanilla and molasses sweetness in the nose. Nice full mouth feel. Lots of sweet chocolate, vanilla, roasted grains, with a bit of cold stale coffee in the finish.
