Tap @Mikkeller Aarhus. Pours hazy brown amber with a small, staying creamy off-white head. Aroma has soft toasted caramel, vinious, light raisins, quite a firm bitterness of fruity hops. Low carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, caramel, doughy, light hay, some cherries, vinious, warming. A hint of milky chocolate. Perhaps a bit rough in its middle. Otherwise great. DSG (15623) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - MAY 30, 2017

Copper brown. Dense malts, concentrated but the aroma isn’t that strong to be honest. Quite sweet but lots of flavour in every sip. Dangerously sippable. Yes, sippable. However, not anywhere close to the bourbon barrel aged version. (On tap at the brewpub) planky84 (3657) - Lee, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 16, 2017
Bottle from the Bottle Shop, Bermondsey. Brown pour, light haze. Aromas of toffee, vanilla, sweet spice, caramel, toffee apple, tobacco. Flavours of highland toffee, baked apple, caramel, prunes. Smooth, boozy sweet finish. Very good.
