Keg at Holstein Kiel, Kiel. Pours golden with a white head. Typical industrial German pils, dry and gassy. Lore (2747) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAR 27, 2017
clear brighter golden colour, large, stable white head; aroma of grains, grassy and citrusy, as well as cardboard notes; taste is dominated by bitterness with unfortunately metallic-artificial notes and some spicy-peppery aftertaste; not bad, but will not be my favourite blackbock (132) - Shoalhaven NSW, AUSTRALIA - MAR 19, 2017
(Bottle) Aroma, taste and appearance identical to the regular lager from this brewer. I struggled to identify the extra bitterness/hopping suggested by this beer’s name. Another taster suggested this beer was too sweet! The mind boggles at marketers... midovark (940) - Balassagyarmat, HUNGARY - MAR 9, 2017
0.5 l can. I only took numerical notes while having this one. Therefore: -- Cristobal37 (1143) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAR 5, 2017
Can. Aroma is mineral water rich in iron. Pale yella. Average pils with nice rich classic Hallertau bitterness. Satisfying, but nothing special.

Very pale straw colour. The aroma is light and slightly herbal. A touch of grassiness and a moderate hoppiness. There’s a little bit of light hay flavour in the malt. Very clean finish. It’s not so different from the regular but it’s pleasant enough. Warming intensifies the hop aroma and bitterness. Oakes (17685) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 11, 2017
Can, LDB. Bright golden. Smells like hop extract. Tastes like hop extract, all herbal and no brightness. Heavy pale malts. A bit stale and heavy...not actually that appetizing as a pilsner. lupulist (348) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 11, 2017
Pours a clear yellow colour with a thin off-white head. Aroma of biscuity malt, with hints of sulfur. Tastes boring but inoffensive. Okay. mcberko (17854) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 11, 2017
500mL can, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out skunky, grassy notes, and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour brings out light grassy hops and dry cereal, biscuity malt. Not exactly hoppy, but it’s clean enough. Meh. aleigator (945) - GERMANY - DEC 28, 2016
Pours a bright golden color with a big, fluffy white head.
Smells of toffee, straw, a coppery note which adds to the sweetness, and a subdued note of herbal and ice bonbon sweet hops.
Has a higher carbonation, overly light body, borderline watery, one dimensional as for its malty flavor foundation.
Tastes of straw with a metallic note from the lively carbonation, soothed by toffee malts. Turns a tad dry then, while straw and malts take over soon, reestablishing the beer’s easy drinkable sweetness.
Boring, not dry as the name indicates, just your average Fernsehbier.
