larsga (7542) - Oslo, NORWAY - OCT 8, 2005
Biggish white coarse head, clear, pale yellow body. Aroma is relatively faint (on an airplane, at least), mostly pilsner hops. Very clean and smooth mouthfeel with little taste; aftertaste is a lovely rounded bitterness, with strong hop notes. Very bitter for a pilsener. For a pilsener this is not bad at all, but perhaps a bit too much metal in the aftertaste. (0.33l bottle.)

RazingDreamz (123) - North Carolina, USA - OCT 6, 2005
An unappetizing color, thin head. Stale smell. Not hoppy, mediocre malts. At least it finishes quickly.

thegreenrooster (4406) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - OCT 5, 2005
Pour is a piss yellow with a white head. Aroma is a very sickly smelling graininess. Flavor is a syrup laced with malt. Kinda thick on the swallow. Not very good. The Bud of Germany.

jhliesen (832) - West Melbourne, Florida, USA - OCT 1, 2005
Bottle, poured into a Oktoberfest mug. It was a solid yellow color with a small head. Fresh grass smell with a crisp finish, nothing special but it was nice drinking it along with a German band!

Roli (405) - laval, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 30, 2005
Bottle. Again, not much to say about this beer. The aroma was not so good, and the taste, blarg... Artificial.

KnutAlbert (6754) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 27, 2005
A soft, pleasant pilesner, served on a Lufthansa plane. The hops are present, but not intrusive. Flowery boquet and smell.

ehhdayton (1188) - USA - SEP 19, 2005
Wartseiner Premium Verum has a no hop aroma and some malt. The color is a light golden with a quickly diminishing white head. There is some bitterness and malt flavor.

flemdawg (562) - Rowlett, Texas, USA - SEP 17, 2005
Pale golden body with a foamy white head and just about no lacing. Sligtly malty aroma but some corn and veggies in there as well. Veggie tastes, corn and maybe some peas. A slight bump of sweet malts before a bitter finish. Lingering bitterness.

beeryum (652) - Norcross, Georgia, USA - SEP 12, 2005
Draft. I really wanted the warsteiner half-liter glass mug. Super pale clear yellow pour. Light hop aroma, and actually found some malt in there too. Maybe a bit grassy smelling too. Not much more going on flavor-wise. Crisp and clean finishing.

tronraner (2459) - Walland, Tennessee, USA - SEP 10, 2005
Bottle. This is very very overrated. Some bland hops in the aroma, but also some skunk and the stuff they add to natural gas so it has odor. The flavor is initially quite apply, but descends into cleaning chemicals and ramps. It leaves an annoying, lingering garbage aftertaste, too. Yuck.
