COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: Brewed at the Proef Brouwerij in Lochristi, Belgium for Warwik.

Adenila (1560) - DENMARK - MAR 28, 2008
Sleightly hazy yellow with a soda like bibbling white head. At first the aroma was terpentine, no doubt. Fortunetly it turned into a more fruity/yeasty aroma, though not a very complex one. Flavor is sweet, fruity and very very sharp due to the alchohol. Kinda feels like this is a triel gone wrong.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a sweet spicy and malty yeasty aroma. Sweet malty yeasty and slightly spicy flavor. Sweetish malty yeasty finish.

faroeviking (11211) - Chupando chellas es como ellas, FAROE ISLANDS - DEC 11, 2007
Bottle. Pours a golden amber colour with a fair well lasting head. Aroma is bit sweet with alcohol, hops, some spices and toasted malt. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is rather sweet with yeast, caramel, some spices, hops, toasted malt, bits of dark fruits and slight citrus. The finish is yeast and bitter with caramel. Needs more goodies to be a really good tripel. Good try though.

Comments: A tripel that could use an extra kick of character. Alcoholic and yeasty, but dull overall balance.

Hazy blond color. Frankly, a Tripel that I will forget soon; dry, without character; I had already a few like this one…

yngwie (17233) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - AUG 27, 2007
Bottle. Clear, golden, with an off-white head. The nose is spiced and hoppy, but not much, followed by grain, malt and alcohol. Alcohol is quite evident in the flavor as well, and there’s grain, spices and some hops as well. Full to medium body, and a quite fruity finish. I really liked it. (070705)
