They were dangled before us: big, beautiful, luscious apricots Our minds said No, but our bodies said, Yes. As usual, we gave in to temptation – and created this delicious brew!

appearance: hazy bright gold, soapy white head, average lacing. aroma: hugely aromatic nose, but not in the best way; very perfumy, full of apricot, marmalade, and peach, but overly fragrant, as if a bunch of fake fruit juice was hucked into the fermenter. taste: sharp, sweet, and then a little tart; it’s all fruit: tons of apricot and peach, maybe some banana and orange. finish: a bit sharp, lasting apricot concentrate. notes: No, just….NO. Too much apricot here. But not in a good way, in a fake way. Can as a souvenir from the brewpub in Salt Lake City.

One trick pony for sure, but pleasant enough. Lightly tart and sweet apricot aroma and flavor and not much else.

Can, shared by me... in my dining room... just now.

Pours lightly hazy and straw colored with a bit head and some lacing on the glass.

The aroma is sweet and smells like apricots, well like apricots in the sense of if like... if I bought a Glade® PlugIns® product and it said "Apricot" on the package, then I’d be pissed if my sewing room didn’t smell like this beer.

The flavor comes again with the sweetness & the artificial apricots, it’s got some sweet maltiness to it as well and a very mild bitterness.

Hell it’s better than a bunch of the Apricot wheat beers out there, benchmark for the style I suppose.

bottle, ooof, way too much apricot, and its fake and candy like tasting, nothing else, can’t even tell its a hefeweizen

Sampled at Northgate Andover beer tasting. Tons of apricot in the aroma, very nice. Smells better than it tastes, however - milder and weaker without much of a Hefe feel to it.

On tap @ Wasatch Sugarhouse. Hazed yellow pour with a white head. Smells pretty much like I expected, that is: apricot flavoring. Tastes like it as well. Mild malt and grass. Perhaps a hint of lemon. I mean, this is what you’d expect... Pretty much the best beer they have, right, Bonnie?

Can from HomeBrewStuff. Faint aroma of apricots, weak body not even reminiscent of a hefeweizen. Average fruit beer, and not that fruity at that.

12 oz bottle pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of bread and fruit. Taste is the fruit and grains.

Can. Medium yellow with no head. Apricot, butter, club crackers and mineral water. Light sweetness, but otherwise very mild flavor. Body is watery and light.

On Tap Cloudy pale yellow/beige Full thick white had. Big soft wheat apricot aroma and flavor. Very mild and soft. Pretty weak, but im sure the 4% was intentional.
