6 oz pour from refrigerated can into sniffer glass. Moderate white head, hazy, and very pale orange. Strong apricot nose. Sweet. Medium wheaty body. Taste is lots of wheat and strong apricot. Exactly what you’d expect for the fruity side of the beer. Not as much of the standard hefe taste though. cbfobes (2885) - Quad Cities, Illinois, USA - MAY 22, 2015
Poured from bottle, ok, food pairing option is ice cubes for this beer? What the fuck? Ice cubes? Anyway, pours a shit yellow with a bubbly white head, aroma is pretty boring, light fruit and sweetness, flavor has a light fruit front end, pretty shitty honestly, like really shitty, fuck this I’m out. monk191 (2023) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAY 22, 2015
A nice apricot overall. Pours an ugly cloudy yellow. Smells like lots and lots of apricot. A bit more subtle in the taste. Smooth, refershing, bit of an empty finish. Had on tap at Zion pizza and noodle. Niko100 (2966) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 21, 2015
Cloudy straw color; Light to medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of wheat, some yeast, & nice apricots; Flavor of wheat, some yeast, apricot/fruit, and light spice; Interesting. weihenweizen (3991) - Charleston Area, West Virginia, USA - NOV 21, 2014

A golden yellow fizzy beer with a white head. Aroma of apricot, taste starts off very fruity (but bad) and finishes sweet and dry (but good). Overall a light and refreshing beer that has it’s place. nuplastikk (6361) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - OCT 30, 2014
12oz can. Hazy yellow-orange body. No real head after a minute or two...just some soda-like rising carbonation bubbles. The aroma is over-the-top, sort of artificial or enhanced. Think a little more intense Pyramid Apricot. The hefe-yeast gives it a touch more depth, attempting to peek through the apricot overload. Fruit forward and sweet OK for what it is. 12 oz. bottle form Cash Wise in Watford. Appearance: finger of white head, pale straw yellow, ligntly cloudy at bottom, but clear until yeasty sediment stirs up. Aroma: apricot, light grassy hops, light biscuity bread. Palate: light body, average carbonation, slightly dry finish. Taste: sweet malt into heavy sweet apricot that lasts but dwindles through the taste. Overall, pretty drinkable, refreshing, and decent balance. Apricot beers are not my thing, but a decent one. Nice surprise from a wheat beer - I was pretty skeptical at first, especially with the apricot thing going on. Not the one for flavored beers, especially sweet & fruity ... but surprise surprise ... not sweet or fruity.
It has a very very smooth taste with a hint of apricot water ... not apricot flavor as in syrupy sweet, it’s the "apricot water" giving its delicious aroma while playing on your palette \m/ Travlr (25524) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - OCT 9, 2014
Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color, medium white head. Big apricot aroma. Taste is mostly apricot jam, very subtle banana, citrus, maybe white pepper. Sweet and inoffensive.
