They were dangled before us: big, beautiful, luscious apricots Our minds said No, but our bodies said, Yes. As usual, we gave in to temptation and created this delicious brew!

12oz can. Hazy yellow-orange body. No real head after a minute or two...just some soda-like rising carbonation bubbles. The aroma is over-the-top, sort of artificial or enhanced. Think a little more intense Pyramid Apricot. The hefe-yeast gives it a touch more depth, attempting to peek through the apricot overload. Fruit forward and sweet OK for what it is.

12 oz. bottle form Cash Wise in Watford. Appearance: finger of white head, pale straw yellow, ligntly cloudy at bottom, but clear until yeasty sediment stirs up. Aroma: apricot, light grassy hops, light biscuity bread. Palate: light body, average carbonation, slightly dry finish. Taste: sweet malt into heavy sweet apricot that lasts but dwindles through the taste. Overall, pretty drinkable, refreshing, and decent balance. Apricot beers are not my thing, but a decent one.

Nice surprise from a wheat beer - I was pretty skeptical at first, especially with the apricot thing going on. Not the one for flavored beers, especially sweet & fruity ... but surprise surprise ... not sweet or fruity. It has a very very smooth taste with a hint of apricot water ... not apricot flavor as in syrupy sweet, its the "apricot water" giving its delicious aroma while playing on your palette \m/

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow color, medium white head. Big apricot aroma. Taste is mostly apricot jam, very subtle banana, citrus, maybe white pepper. Sweet and inoffensive.

This beer is not as good as the raspberry wheat, but is still passable. I have not tried the other Wasatch brews, but they are currently in my fridge, and wanted to compare these two since they are both fruity.

Pours the typical hazy gold with a white head. Smells wonderfully of apricot and wheat. It doesnt taste nearly as good as it smells. The flavors consist of apricot, wheat and other fruit but they are all muddled in there and nothing really shines through. It was an okay Hefe I suppose.

Last one from Brenda, This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a hazy orange color with tints of yellow along the sides of the glass. Light speckled lacing graces about the glass after the white foamy head died off. The smell had the apricots run over top of a light wheaty/grainy spice of coriander. The taste started off with the apricots and then a combined coriander to wheat bite slightly came. On the palate, this came about a light to medium on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. The carbonation is good for the fruit beer style as it allows a nice refreshing quality about it. Theres a nice sweet apricot aftertaste and finish. Overall, I liked this one and would have it again.

Las Vegas, NV - Smiths Food & Drug - 12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy light golden, soft white head, no lacing. Aroma has some nice apricot accents, a hint of sourness. Flavor is pleasant with some definitive apricot fruitiness, a touch of coriander spiciness, a hint of bubble gum sweetness. Mouthfeel has a nice crispness to it. Very refreshing after traipsing through Las Vegas.

Not much aroma. Very subtle apricot hints that doesnt overpower the beer base. Definitely light chick beer with emphasis on the beer thankfully
