They were dangled before us: big, beautiful, luscious apricots Our minds said No, but our bodies said, Yes. As usual, we gave in to temptation – and created this delicious brew!

This is suds, with some apricot flavor added -- but not enough to cover up the fact that this is suds.

Appearance: very very lite head, head dissolves very quickly, opaque yellow golden color Aroma: apricot, sweet Taste: apricot, wheat at end Palette: no bitterness, light body, lots of carbonation Overall: this is a good refreshing beer but there could prob be a more complex flavor ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma is apricots and dry malts. The flavor is apricots, mild sweetness, wheat/malts and a tart/slightly sour finish.

tap at McStiff’s - Pours a hazy straw color with a small white head. It has a big, assertive apricot aroma. The flavor is sweet and full of apricots. It’s a touch on the watery side but it’s light bodied, refreshing, and quite tasty.

Cloudy pale gold pour with a thin, creamy white head and very active, small bubble effervescence. Aroma is loaded with sweet apricot and fruity and perfumey floral notes, maybe a touch of berry scented decorative hand soap. Flavor is doughy and raw yeast, white flour, light floral and mineral notes. There just really isn’t much there. Light body with a medium, blanketing and spritzy carbonation and chalky, watery feel. Not much going on here other than the fruit flavoring, the aroma is pretty attractive in a sweet, fruity, but not too beer related way, but doesn’t really translate to great effect in the flavor.

This beer is terrible. It tastes like apricot water. It’s really shitty. Do not buy.

Slightly hazy golden brew with a great apricot aroma and flavor. Would be a brew I would purchase again and again for hot summer days but the ABV just kind of killed it. 4% is what I would expect out of a wimpy wheat brew but with the addition of fruit to add to the sugar content I would expect nothing less than 5%. Oh well it is apricot juice with a bit of kick.

Bottle - Dull hazy golden with next to no head. Nose is apricot, bready yeast...and not much else. Pretty one-note. Taste is real minerally, apricot, dry yeastiness, and that’s about it. Thin and watery, with low carbonation. Laughable that this is called a hefe, and even as a fruit beer it’s not all that good. The apricot is nice, but there’s not much else.

With an odd off putting sour aroma and extremely light color I was prepared for disappointment, yet that only half came true. While it tasted rather nothing like beer it did taste almost exactly like a nice apricot muffin. Once drank all the sour note vanish replaced by what may as well be an apricot cider. Is that good? Not if you want a beer, but if you want something refreshing that is far better than Mike’s Hard Lemonade try it.

Pours a vibrant golden orange. Aromas are nice apricot. Flavors are a bit fruity at first but it finishes very watery.
