Nice surprise from a wheat beer - I was pretty skeptical at first, especially with the apricot thing going on. Not the one for flavored beers, especially sweet & fruity ... but surprise surprise ... not sweet or fruity. It has a very very smooth taste with a hint of apricot water ... not apricot flavor as in syrupy sweet, it’s the "apricot water" giving its delicious aroma while playing on your palette \m/

Pours a nice orange color, with little head. Smell is noticeable apricot and hefe yeast. Taste is crisp and refreshing with a subtle apricot flavor and standard hefeweizen wheatiness. I enjoy fruit beers and hefeweizens on a warm day, and this was very nicely drinkable and enjoyable chilled down. I’d get this again.

For what this beer is I really enjoyed it. Its what I would consider a session beer and its not suppose to be a true hefeweizen. If you don’t like apricots obviously you aren’t going to like this. I thought it was really well balanced for a fruit beer. The head retention was pretty poor. That may have something to do with the fruit addition...not sure.

Not much aroma. Very subtle apricot hints that doesn’t overpower the beer base. Definitely light chick beer with emphasis on the beer thankfully

I know everyone will think I'm overrating this, but it's great to find a really unique beer in such a crowded market. Clear apricot aroma, sweet yet refreshing taste and just enough body to avoid feeling watered down. Light, refreshing and tasty; I'd drink this any time. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pretty much smells like apricots. The taste is actually pretty good. Not very wheaty but it’s there. It has just the right amount of apricots and is drinkable.

Pale yellow with a slight hazed. A modest froth dies quickly but does have a full silky canopy that linger the whole drink. Aromas of fresh aproct perfume and biscuits. Nice! Light nectar with ample residual effers. Flavors of apricot sound off as the biscuit factory opens it’s doors. A bit of citrus plays it’s part. The finish is bittered nicely and leaves a lingering refreshing apricot essence. This is a nice brew with bright, clean, and refreshing attributes.

On draft at Ginger Man. Poured hazy orange with thin white head. Sweet apricot and citrus notes.
