COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Legend has it Ghostrider roams Utah’s Wasatch Range seeking revenge: “someone” lost his White IPA recipe. Smooth and crisp, it’s made from pale barley and citrusy hops. It’s too good to hide!
Food Pairings: Squirrel over an open fire.

Poured from a 12 ounce bottle. Big citrusy, coriander, tropical fruits, grainy. A tasty beer, very refreshing.

Hell yeah, another nice White IPA. Hazy yellow-orange body. Thin, foamy white head. Hops take over the aroma, nice orange citrus tones. The banana clove tastes are there in the flavor, but ever controlled by the big citrus hop tones. Really a nice beer, nails the fledgling style.

Pleasant light-bodied citusy ipa. White iPAs are indeed the rage, this one is a decent rendition.

Shared bottle to snifter (thanks douglas88). Looks solid; a hazy light orange with white head. Smells solid; citrus and grassy hops. Tastes like it smells with a clean, dry finish. Good stuff.

Bottle at Craig’s house. Fairly frothy head which goes quickly. White and very cloudy.

Hmmm a white IPA, sounds interesting! It pours a cloudy pale yellow color; much like a summer shandy looks in a glass only with a lot better head retention. The aroma is full of bitter hops just waiting to tickle you nose. The taste is quite citrusy with a pretty good bitter bite. It almost taste like a lemon zest beer infused with lots of hops. This is an interesting, different style of brew for sure. Something you have to try to for yourself.

Bottled. Pours very hazy light yellow with a medium sized, sparsely bubbled head. Lemony Belgian Wit aroma. Near tart, dry light bitter flavor. Light body, thin-oily texture, soft carbonation, and a light bitter finish. More Wit than IPA, but lacking the most enjoyable qualities of either style.

Sledutah (7837) - Utah, USA - DEC 7, 2012
12oz bottle from the Beer Store
Appearance: Hazy straw yellow with a mediums sized white head, spotty lacing
Aroma: Spices, yeast and lemon
Taste: Spices, coriander, bready and lemon
A nice easy drinking beer, this will be good summer beer.

Looks like a Wit... Strong orange citrus and spice flavor and aroma. Nice biscuit/dough malt backbone.
